I founded Pearlman Psychology to create a space where people come to face challenges and conquer difficulties in a warm and supportive environment. I am a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience helping people feel less anxious, sad, and alone, and more capable and empowered to live their best lives.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is a therapeutic approach proven effective in the treatment of a wide range of problems, from anxiety and depression to children’s behavior and positive parenting. Through decades of research and clinical work, I have developed my own model for how to apply CBT in a way that is readily applied to create lasting change.
